GopherForge is built and maintained by one developer. Email and the public issue tracker are the two ways to reach it — there is no ticket portal or chat widget.
Best for private questions, privacy requests and anything you'd rather not post publicly.
sergii.ziborov@gmail.comGitHub issues
Best for bugs and feature requests — they stay visible and searchable for everyone.
github.com/sergii-ziborov/GopherForge/issuesWhat to include in a report
- The app version and build number, as shown in the app's settings.
- The full text from the Problems and Output panels — copy the text rather than sending a photo of the screen where possible.
- Device model and iOS version.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A minimal Go snippet that reproduces the problem helps most.
Please leave out anything confidential: reports are read by a human and GitHub issues are public.
Before you write
Several behaviours are known limitations rather than bugs — no cgo or native assembly, no networking from guest programs, transitive modules installed separately, and no guaranteed stop for an infinite loop. The limitations FAQ lists them all.
Pricing and purchases
GopherForge will be a one-time paid app: US $6.99 as the base price, with a regional override of US $4.99 in Ukraine. Other regions use App Store localized pricing derived from the $6.99 base, so the local amount varies with region, currency and taxes. There is no subscription and no in-app unlock. This is planned launch pricing while the App Store release is in preparation. Refunds and receipts are handled by Apple, not by this site — see the pricing section.
Release status
The App Store release is still in preparation, so the app cannot be downloaded or bought yet. The repository is publicly readable for review, but the source is proprietary — see the LICENSE. Watch the repository for status updates.
